Attorney Eric Medlin is well versed in North Carolina's laws regarding estate administration, trust administration, succession, and fiduciary duties. As such, he has represented clients in a variety of litigated matters:

• Contested Wills: Acting on behalf of the wronged beneficiary or the estate, Mr. Medlin can seek to invalidate terms of the will, reinstate a previous will, or have a beneficiary disinherited when the client alleges undue influence or incompetency
